Whilst the place itself was really nice, we received an aggressive call from the lady owner shortly after asking if we had flooded the spa bath, and a negative one star review for our treatment of the property. This was despite my partner and I going to great lengths as always to leave the place in perfect condition. Knowing that we had made sure to wipe up any excess water that might have splashed from the bath or shower (the door of which does not close properly), I apologised nonetheless and asked if there was any damage ... read more
