Excelent service A+ All office staff are very respectful and caring.Dr Haydon listened to my condition more than my expectations because I was very frustraded visiting Dr Haydon was for a 2nd opinion and become the solution to improve my health issues. Very thorough, spent a lot of time, explained issues well, answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed.
Everyone that I encountered at Dr Haydon's office was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. My visit with Dr Haydon was very thorough and informative. Besides the exam, both Dr Haydon and his PA went over my history, reports and listened to my concerns. Dr Haydon then explained my options in a concise and caring way. He has given me understandable, in-depth explanations for my condition and discussed possible paths forward. His approach is honest and conservative. I feel confident that I am in good hands.
If you have an arachnoid cyst, please read. My first appointment with Dr. Haydon was great. I have an arachnoid cyst and he offered to operate. This is clearly stated by him in the report for this first appointment. My second visit with him was not great. I honestly felt like I was talking to another person entirely. He went back on wanting to operate and instead go the route of seeing a neurologist. I understand the process and can appreciate the need to follow this process.
