If you have an arachnoid cyst, please read. My first appointment with Dr. Haydon was great. I have an arachnoid cyst and he offered to operate. This is clearly stated by him in the report for this first appointment. My second visit with him was not great. I honestly felt like I was talking to another person entirely. He went back on wanting to operate and instead go the route of seeing a neurologist. I understand the process and can appreciate the need to follow this process. Dr Haydon was very nice and spent time explaining his findings. Plus went above and beyond to get me an additional appointment with another doctor on the team that had a more appropriate treatment for me, The only issue I had was that the appointment was listed for my cervical area, but it should have been for my lower back, lumbar area. The staff made the adjustment without issues.
