All said you should put Canadians first but i didn’t mention, race , culture or religion. I wasn’t yelling or screaming or threatening behaviour. She said i didn’t leave she would call the RCMP so I left peacefully with out calling her names. The nurses are unfriendly and unprofessional disrespectful to me who paying for failing healthcare system. I hoped get replaced robots they aren’t our tax paying

Let's be real here. Nobody likes to be at a hospital. Unfortunately I had a need where I had to go see the Emerg dept. Yes, it's a slow process. I get that. Staff were great. Dr was so kind. Thank you. Hope to not see you again anytime soon, or ever.

Im taking this moment to give a very honest opinion about this ER at Devon location.Outstanding experiance from each and everyone who helped us lastnite. Being here in Edmonton after 12yrs, we got the best care and kindness from nurses to docters from this location. They proved some "Angels" still exist in the form of human beings.Me and my family will 100% recommend this ER location at Devon to everyone. Staff were very mean and disrespectful toward patients general questions. The security staff appeared to allow people they knew to go ahead without following proper triage procedures. Some nurses were rude, dismissive, and their behavior felt discriminatory. Patients deserve to be treated fairly, respectfully, and with professionalism regardless of their background.
