Im taking this moment to give a very honest opinion about this ER at Devon location.Outstanding experiance from each and everyone who helped us lastnite. Being here in Edmonton after 12yrs, we got the best care and kindness from nurses to docters from this location. They proved some "Angels" still exist in the form of human beings.Me and my family will 100% recommend this ER location at Devon to everyone. Staff were very mean and disrespectful toward patients general questions. The security staff appeared to allow people they knew to go ahead without following proper triage procedures. Some nurses were rude, dismissive, and their behavior felt discriminatory. Patients deserve to be treated fairly, respectfully, and with professionalism regardless of their background.
Do not go there the nurses are careless they keep chatting and laughing instead of working . Im in severe pain and pregnant but they don’t care at all i have been waiting for almost 9 hours without help!!!
Probably the worst hospital. I'd go elsewhere unless you plan on staying a few days and dying there.
Considering most people who comment on hospitals are over-emotional and don't actually understand how ERs function... many of these reviews are pretty useless. But I will say this... The team of health care pros who assisted with my sudden and serious AFib Sunday night were outstanding in every way. From the reception desk to 3 hours later when I walked out feeling much better, ready to tackle the ongoing treatment. The nurses were always smiling, super helpful and very efficient.
