I would give this practice a negative ten if I could! The receptionists with the exception of one, are the worse I have ever encountered. They never pick up the phone. You are on hold for usually 20-30 minutes if you decide to wait and then when and if they answer the one old lady is super rude and short! She even hung up on me. If you leave a message it takes three days for them to respond. It’s so sad because Dr Soderberg himself is absolutely wonderful and a delightful man. He needs to fire the one rude receptionist asap!... read more
