Zero stars! Went in Friday past with my boyfriend! They told me I was 25 minutes late for my appointment. My boyfriend only received a text message reminder for himself. We were early for his. The girls admitted they didn’t have my number on file, and it was their fault I missed my appointment due to not having my number to remind me! I had a great experience with my dental hygienist. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really helped me feel comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner! You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend.
Very disappointed in “ Devon Dental Associates “ I been going here since they open . But not anymore , because I’m a senior. It’s not OK to Ph .them if you’re sick ? Unless you Give them 48 HR’s notice if cancelling your appointment and $150 . applies to your acct. So I show up sick and I can’t afford to be paying for there “convenience “ , and they tell me , That the Dentist is sick ??? Unbelievable that it’s Ok for them not Show up !
