Bought a used Nissan X trail recently - very good condition for age and mileage and competitively priced. Buying the car was hassle free with Ken providing information/answering questions with no hesitation. Vehicle came with 3 month warranty which I had to make a claim against - the warranty provider acted unreasonably in my opinion declining to meet the full repair cost leaving me with a bill of £349. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am a 21 year old girl who was travelling alone. I didn’t actually use this garage for any services, but had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the owner (tall dark haired man in his 50s). I accidentally turned into their car park and then had to turn around to leave (a simple mistake). I was immediately confronted by the owner who aggressively shouted at me, putting his face inside my car window as if attempting to intimidate me.
