If I could give rate a negative 1, I would. The CPA annotated our incorporation date wrong on our HOA audit and IRS Form 1120-H (Tax Return for HOA), then sent both to me to sign. The really odd thing is, both forms had different incorrect dates on them. I'm the president of the HOA. Stay away, these folks are INCOMPETENT!
