I placed an order August 23, 2026 and it is currently October 8. I have yet to receive my order or any shipping information related to it. It said the skid plate was in stock and I have called, left voicemails, and emailed numerous times in the past few weeks with no response from anyone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with this company until they get their shit together. I can’t even cancel the order since I can’t get ahold of anyone.

I bought a Devol transformer pull rod from Rocky Mountain and they sent me the wrong part. So I spoke with Garrett to make sure and we went over the part and bike information. We found that there was an issue with the cams, and he made the solution easy and fast! He is sending over new cams so I don’t have to go through the whole return and re-purchase process! Awesome customer service and great job standing by their product!
Give false promises and then ghost you once they got what they needed from you.
