I bought a Devol transformer pull rod from Rocky Mountain and they sent me the wrong part. So I spoke with Garrett to make sure and we went over the part and bike information. We found that there was an issue with the cams, and he made the solution easy and fast! He is sending over new cams so I don’t have to go through the whole return and re-purchase process! Awesome customer service and great job standing by their product!
