I have left in tears from getting a wax from a lady. I get my legs waxed regularly somewhere else but I needed an urgent leg wax. During this session, I stated multiple times that my leg waxing was painful...far more painful than it normally is for me, and the response was "yeah" or "it shouldnt be".
