I honestly can’t say enough about Angel. It’s not easy going to therapy, I know, but she truly makes you feel comfortable. She helps you feel safe to be yourself. (which is the biggest part of therapy in my opinion) She listens without judgement and I believe she truly cares. I feel lighter , I feel heard and seen after my appointments. Angel was recommended to me and I’ve recommended her to my friends and family. She is an asset to have in your mental health journey for sure.

I’ve never been one to believe in ‘therapy’. That was only for the weak minded, unable to handle a crisis. I grew up in the time this was frowned upon. You had to be tough. And how can a stranger help when he/she knows nothing about you? But 3 failed marriages later, I decided to explore therapy. I was reluctant about going to a therapist but I was dealing with one of the hardest times in my life, so I forced myself into making the call. I consider myself lucky to have found Angel! She made me comfortable immediately and I absolutely trust her. I have been going to see her for almost a year and I now firmly believe I should have been talking to her a long time ago. I highly recommend Angel , she is truly an Angel !

Angel is objective, supportive, thoughtful, easy to talk to, and easy to schedule time with. Without explicitly telling me what to do, she’s led me to solutions for a variety situations that were causing me uncertainty and stress. I could talk to friends instead, but there are some things I don’t want my friends to know. I trust and admire her!
