Svenja is a pleasure to work with and does a great job keeping customers in the loop.
After receiving an oil change and tire rotation (6/20), I told the service person that I did not want a car wash as my vehicle was already clean. Once I was home I noticed a large oily hand print on the drivers side front quarter panel by the hood area. Not that big of a deal so I cleaned it. Then about a week later (6/26) I received a call asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment for the service recommendations that I had “declined” the day my vehicle was serviced.
