I just drove an hour to arrive. I arrived about 4:15pm. The hours online as well on on the door state they are open mon-fri 7am-5pm. Today is Monday. I canceled other things to arrive at this store before closing and the door is locked and all lights are off. So the time I spent and money I lost for the store to be closed during the posted business hours makes this not a good place at all...... EDIT. Portable chiropractic table, thoracic drop piece doesn’t stay engaged. Have tried to contact for 2 weeks, today received response that I am out of my 30 day return period. I read of poor customer service before covid, but hoped it was not going to be my case. Extremely disappointed! Stay away from this company!!!!!!!
