I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom on the sale of a condo in White Rock. I found Tom to be friendly and professional. He worked hard to get a deal together where all parties felt like they had won. A rare feat in this market. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team.
I’d like to share an unsettling situation I witnessed this morning at 6:05AM at Starbucks in White Rock. This man apparently owner of the Devlin Group (he was driving his large red truck that had his company names clearly branded on the truck) was getting a tea I later noted. So as I walked into the store he was standing where you get your order, clearly upset. The baristas we saying to him “We can help you reverse the charge over here sir” No response.
