Once Jon signs you up, he won't help with anything else. He left my husband on an expensive RX plan and when I called him on it, he said, "oops, I knew there was someone who fell through the cracks". Then I cancelled our insurance with him, filled out all of the proper forms to do so, then he failed to cancel it for us, and we had to pay 6 month's worth of premiums. And he, nor Banker's Life, would not issue us a refund. Do not use Jon Riley.
