My partner had a leaking shower in the apartment she was renting through Devlin, That caused mold to grow into the walls and the carpet in the bedroom. Reported to them multiple times never rectified the problem. Then tried to keep rental bond over a spider web. These guys are out to rip you off. No customer care. Be wary.
