Who ever is on the business side of the house should be fired. All these loan applications for business loans and they dont know their own email address, I have been flooded by their loan request in my personal email. Simply ridiculous a professional company can't fill out a loan app correctly.
Showed up to swap a water heater and resolved a clogged check valve issue on the fly using spare parts on Christmas Eve. It was not an emergency, but my wife got hot water pressure as a Christmas gift. Thanks Fred!
