Came home yesterday find them to installing fiber optic cable for AT&T and that they had severed power line to my house and two neighbors. Didn’t even bother to call it into MLGW - I had to do it. Now I have a stand up freezer and refrigerator full of defrosted food and won’t have power until this afternoon. Tried to talk to someone on their crew but they all claimed to only speak Spanish. What a joke of a company. Tried to call them but the number was bogus.
The crew damaged our internet wire leaving us without internet in a four day weekend. None of them speak English, so when I tried to ask them n it to park in front of our driveway, they didn’t understand. Next time, I’ll have the police ticket them for blocking our mailbox which is a federal offense.
They were installing ATT Fiber in our neighborhood and served our Xfinity lines. Also been doing a terrible job at minimizing ground disturbance and cleaning up after themselves. Horrible company.
Crew cut my internet line & my water line. This guy Wade tells me his crew didn’t do it. They completely cut my neighbors water line & had to come fix it. These people are a joke with their none documented workers.
Their crew cut power to the neighborhood due to simple negligence. When I attempted to explain it to the crew they stared like deer in the headlights and muttered in Spanish. I eventually got someone who could understand English. The crew ended up leaving prior to the issue being resolved. My family is currently without power with a heat warning for the area and no one from this company is willing to assist with fixing their mistake
