Roach infestation problem and they won't do anything unless you email and call and bother them about it. All my electronics are gone and they will be compensating me me for this because this clause they broke in the tenancy agreement. I will be filling a form to the LBT board about this. Over $10,000 worth of items destroyed. Ridiculous!
I was searching for student housing for my daughter while she attends Lambton College and had a very disappointing experience. The property was advertised at one price online, and after spending time and money driving to view it, we were told the rent would actually be $300 more per month. That is frustrating and feels misleading to prospective tenants who are trying to budget and make informed decisions. Renters beware, buildings 835, 817 are heavily infested with german cockroaches and building 849 has roaches on the ground floor. Also, the building manager Rachel, lied to my face when I was moving in. I asked specifically if there is any issues with bugs, they said no. And, the first night I killed about 80 roaches, then second night it was 160+ and I lost count after the third night. Couldn't even sleep, eat or go to the bathroom there it was so disgusting. Stayed awake for three days and then I just left it was so nasty ... read more

I had an apt around Aug 15 2024 to sept 1st the apartment at 835 devine st buliding is infested multiple apartments multiple people have seen this and or hasn't said anything is completely disgusting in there they need a better exterminator or something cause it's really bad for cockroaches and I've seen them come from the mulch they put down and I've looked up the cockroach species and it's German cockroaches can provide video evidence and tons of photos of them to be looked at honestly it was their fault for not tell us of... read more
