Renters beware, buildings 835, 817 are heavily infested with german cockroaches and building 849 has roaches on the ground floor. Also, the building manager Rachel, lied to my face when I was moving in. I asked specifically if there is any issues with bugs, they said no. And, the first night I killed about 80 roaches, then second night it was 160+ and I lost count after the third night. Couldn't even sleep, eat or go to the bathroom there it was so disgusting. Stayed awake for three days and then I just left it was so nasty ... read more

I had an apt around Aug 15 2024 to sept 1st the apartment at 835 devine st buliding is infested multiple apartments multiple people have seen this and or hasn't said anything is completely disgusting in there they need a better exterminator or something cause it's really bad for cockroaches and I've seen them come from the mulch they put down and I've looked up the cockroach species and it's German cockroaches can provide video evidence and tons of photos of them to be looked at honestly it was their fault for not tell us of... read more
Well I lived there and I was in jail and the police said my place was secured when they left by the property managers but then one of my nabours witnessed the mangers letting some strangers in to my unit to stay well in the mean time they removed every thing I Owed and when I released from jail my unit was completely empty and in the time I was in custody unaware they took me to the tribunal and got a sheriff order to get me out and the second day I was out they showed up and told me I had a week to be out again was not know... read more
Looked at two units, the one upstairs was clean and lovely. The basement unit had dead cockroaches EVERYWHERE and where there is dead ones, there are alive ones somewhere. Renters beware!
