Horrible Horrible. Don't let their kindness trick you into their business. Thats exactly what I did, passed up other shops to support a family business. They're just plain awful. No communication and whenever I did receive messages weeks later, excuses after excuses. Then after 2 months the husband texted that he cant work on my equipment because wife is sick. I can go on and on. Just stay away from their family drama.
Don’t trust him!
Dwayne is the best I know to work on my chainsaw & pumps & electrical work on my forklift! 5 stars easy!
Great service and work ! After JD quoted me almost 6k for a rough idle issue I was having. I took my gator to these folks and they properly diagnosed my issue and repaired my gator back to normal! They kept me informed throughout the process and even though we are peak mowing season they got my UTV out in a good time frame and very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop for your small engine repairs.
