Absolutely horrid and unprofessional. Parents needed a water tank and line replaced. 90% of parts were already purchased by my brother. Only the tank was used and the worker stole the rest and used plastic fittings, which later was informed by the head guy they're not supposed to use plastic. The worker left his jacket behind and when contacted about leaks and the jacket, ghosted my parents for nearly a week, before responding to text with "lol". Still waiting for them to show up and finish the job.

I highly recommend Doug’s service! Called him in the afternoon and by the night time my basement wasn’t flooding anymore and was drained and my furnace was working again after being out all night. He’s very dependable and his prices are VERY reasonable!

I've used Doug many times. Doug has alway been there for my wife and I. He is in great demand because takes such good care of everyone. More than just being available is genuine, trust worthy, priced well and very knowledgeable. Give him a call you see just why I fee the way I do. The pictures displayed are one of the last big projects we had him do. All of it still working well installed 5 years ago.

Very honest and good person. Doug has helped me at my personal residence along with our commercial location and has gotten me out of a lot of messy situations. Literally haha. Thanks for everything you have done and all for fair pricing.
