I had recent storm damage, contacted Duff who got right on the problem, submitted a claim, and got the insurance claim check very quickly. I am pleased with his concern and follow-up.In addition, last year he got me a better deal than I previously had on my combined homeowners and auto insurance package.
Ive always done insurance over the phone and internet. I decided to give Duff a try. He shopped and found a better deal on homeowners than I had found on my own. At renewal time he found a better deal than the first year. He stays in touch without being pushy. And hes easy to reach without fighting through a phone tree. Sometimes simpler is better. Hes earned my business.
