Horrible experience. Brought one of my tow trucks there to get an electric motor installed. Should have been an hour job maximum. They charge me for 7 1/2 hours of labor to connect four wires. Not only did they charge me for 7 1/2 hours of work, they wired the electric motor wrong. The motor overheated forcing me to buy a new motor ($300.00). I was able to do enough research on my own once they failed, and was able to install the motor in a half an hour myself. They cost me a little over $700. They also had my truck in their... read more

This summer, we did a study that called and chatted with 400 past customers -- people that have not done business with us in 5 or more years. 97% remembered us and of those, only 8 were dissatisfied. Of those 8, they changed their mind when they re-examined their situation. So, nearly 98% satisfied past customers. That doesn't even count the thousand of active customers which would put us above 99% satisfied. Does the above complaint even sound remotely likely?
Awful business. They do not want your business or mine. Tried to have them look at something and they said we don't have time for that. So I emailed them a picture a month ago, and no response. A few years ago a needed a one foot hydraulic hose, and they said... we can't make that. They can't give me 5 seconds so I can make a purchase or have them repair something for me... very bad customer service. It's only the third time i have needed them, and 0 for 3.
