I took the day off work to do the Keratin Treatment... plus had to take the eve off from teaching group exercise class to accommodate the appointment. She never showed up... rude and unprofessional!
Woman was extremely rude over the phone when I called to inquire about Groupon deals. I was considering coming here for a Keratin treatment but no thank you!
