Divine Services really had no reason to help me. He took pity on me and showed me how to operate a device someone else installed. He took time out of his busy day, which he is, to fix my product. I don't know if I will ever use him again, and this is the point he cares about people.

Yes, his knowledge of his craft is second to none, but Adam goes way beyond that. He's one of those gentleman that would do well in anything he puts his mind to, and at the same time is a real delight to work with. He solved my problem quickly, and took the time to explain it.
