Good luck if you need a RX refilled. After a week of waiting for my husband's high blood pressure med. refill, I called Dr. Hays' office and was told that since my husband had not been in to see Dr. for a year, that the RX would not be refilled until husband went to see dr. I told them that my husband was not ill, had not been ill, and was feeling great and did not need to seek medical care unless he was sick.
