What should have been a straightforward child support matter, one that I could have handled myself but chose not to because the other party had counsel, ended up costing me $2,500. Not a true advocate for my divorce case. Unprepared for hearings and divorce trial. Sat back and watched opposing attorney steam roll the case. Uneven application of divorce rules and Maryland laws.
Wasn’t a true advocate for client. Not prepared and basically off handed about the case, all while charging $$$. Opposing attorney ran circles around him without so much as a fight for equity in applying Maryland laws.
