Jacob knows his stuff! He is friendly and professional. He took the time to explain differences in their brands, quality, price and delivery methods. They have a decent selection to see in the showroom, and plenty of parking in their private lot. If I was buying James Martin in Los Angeles, I would get it from Urban Bathroom to ensure it arrives on a pallet and in pristine condition.
Urban Bathroom is fantastic. I highly recommend! I had looked everywhere for fixtures for my bathroom remodel - online and in stores- and I was getting desperate. I could NOT find what I was looking for. Then I went to Urban Bathroom and Jacob put everything together for me… GORGEOUS fixtures and matching towel bars and robe hook. He was so helpful. I could’ve saved myself many hours searching elsewhere. I also purchased a beautiful over vanity LED mirror. It was a great experience.
