Submitted detailed job description on their websites "Request Quote" form and called several times over multiple days and left messages but I was never contacted. It was a large residential job - replace a bulkhead, regrade the yard and cut out a basement window. Maybe my job was too small? That doesn't explain why they didn't answer their phone.
