10/10 do not recommend! I am going through a new orthodontist now and second set of braces for one of my children due to the lack of care at this facility! When following up several months ago he stated her pain she was complaining of was not from wisdom teeth as she didnt have any. After starting with a new orthodontist- we were advised she had 2 wisdom teeth that needed removal! I didn't know they closed with a schedule time to report at 1:15 not opened until 1:30 ☹️ I think Dr Conway is a excellent orthodontist but needs a back up Orthodontist Hard to get in for emergency with no back up 😄
I'm tired of getting calls that we need to reschedule because the doctor will not be in the day that the appointment was scheduled. And the next available is a month away. This has got to be prolonging the length of treatment. Also, I had managed to get an appointment on my day off, and now it's changed and I have to figure something out. AGAIN. This has happened too much.
Beware of your “complementary consultation”. We know our daughter was going to need braces and we looked to get several opinions on her teeth and plans. We have seen other local orthodontists and they gave us a treatment plan based on what they saw and her X-rays. We drove over to Sayre and despite their “complementary” consultation we were charged $78 for 2 minutes of his time. My children have both have had thier orthodontic work done here at Guthrie Ortho. Exceptional dentistry!!! -Side note they (Dr Conaway) is compassionate as well as a person!!! My son (1st) child through orthodontic work is no longer with us. With that said I was disappointed not to see his picture up on the wall with many others.... Well, Dr. Conaway got me my sons pictures from 10 yrs ago!!! That's an incredible gesture that means the world to me as Im still mourning the loss of my son!!! Thank you so very much!!!
