Kind of a mixed bag. Hotel definitely needs a makeover, some refurbishment, something. Service was a total coin flip - they took great care to set up our room for a baby, with a crib, high chair, and bottle warmer all provided. There was a server, Pawan, that was so kind and attentive. That being said, the majority of the time it felt like we were staying in an Airbnb. When we checked in / out there was no offer to even help with bags or open doors.
