Just wanted to send a note to your Management. on Friday July 14th my son was his way to Minot and 10 miles outside of Devils lake he had a piece fall loose on the under carriage of his 2019 ford edge a protector/air flow piece. He has not had a lot of experience with car issues and I was in Pelican Rapids area. after talking to him I told him if he can, get to devils lake, go to Ford. they had helped me in past, but i was not sure, nor was he, if all would be ok to get there. he made it and Kim in Guest Services first to gr... read more
