They are the worst...lived in the apt for 7 years.left it in the condition it was in when I moved in...never got my deposit back. Beware!
Never rent from Devilment Southwest! Their the worst they don't do anything about neighbors making too much noise get mad if you call in after hours no light in parking lot
Never even think about to move in Deville. I lived 4 years on same apartment because it was close to Missouri blvd. Apartments are very old. They charged me to replace carpet after living 4 years. There was a stain and spots in the carpet. It was used carpet and I did mention in the move-in check list. Leasing manager is worst. She is rude and don't care about customer. No street light in near my apartment. I used to turn on my outdoor light when ever I used to go outside. I would not even give 1 star.
Rented a small apartment when I first moved to town. The apartment was clean, management was fair, and they fixed any maintenance problems immediately.
"DEVILLE SUCKS!!!!! PLEASE DON'T RUIN YOUR HAPPINESS AND PEACE OF MIND!" Dear friend, If you are looking for an apartment, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DEVILLE APARTMENT! This is indeed a "DEVIL". The management is run by women! You will see that deficiency! (Did I mention I am a woman too?) These females OFTEN get into your apartment in your absence, take photos of each and every minor scratch everywhere, wear and tear and send you a threatening letter stating you violated the lease!
