Had to sell dad’s house Ann road and Mustang Street so I went to the closest realtor Deville. Very reassuring starting off and bragged about being a pastor at his church. I figured he must be honest and an ethical man. I needed to sell quick because of Dad’s medical condition. Deville posed as a realtor to look out for my best interest. Listed and sold, opened escrow.
