Purchased an item through their online store July 15th. I didn't hear anything from them until July 23rd when I received a one-line email saying the order was being refunded because they don't have the product available. I was told it would take 5-10 Business days for the refund. To me, just not a good experience for a company to accept online orders for expensive items, not be able to fulfil them when their site shows it's in stock, and then not communicate well (not even an apology).
This is the worst electrical company I have ever had to deal with. They did the electrical and automation at my new build. It’s been almost two years and he still hasn’t come back to finish the deficiency.
