This is the worst electrical company I have ever had to deal with. They did the electrical and automation at my new build. It’s been almost two years and he still hasn’t come back to finish the deficiency.
Work done quickly and well
Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a central vacuum system with them through my builder. Last summer, the motor stopped working. I left many emails and voice messages to Marco that were left unanswered. This was very frustrating as I was left without a vacuum for over two months. He did end up responding to an email only after I copied other members of the company.
