They dont take care of there property and when ever u fall and get hurt cause they neglect there premises your the one liable not them... they have a loophole in the lease stating you can get hurt anywhere on ths premises and it's not there responsibility. You can get hurt in the parking lot or a tree branch falling on you cause they dont know how to take care of there properties and your still responsible for said tree branch falling on me.
