After further dealings i take back my review. They changed my appointment stating they needed to do other works that day with 10 munutes notice, wanting to come hours earlier while i was out with my son snarkily stating over my phone that they had no control over how long each work takes and wanted to come early because they had another job they needed to do ( who was obviously more important than my booked appointment), . My elderly parents have been using Devilee's for over 20 years. They recently had an issue with the evaporative cooler on a stinking hot riverland day and we got a technician to come and look at the unit. He solved the problem and identified it was a simple error with the control panel instigated by my parents. The problem was solved immediately and the cool air flowed once again.
