. After further dealings i take back my review. They changed my appointment stating they needed to do other works that day and had no control over how long each work takes and wanted to come early . this caused untold stress and dramas. Then did not do the deep clean quoted for but installed new parts and cleaned outer covering over filthy fins. doing the deep clean with steam was stated instead of chemicals( due to a resident with autism in the house) on their own dessision. fins where not cleaned AT ALL. I can't recommend these systems. I bought a $1600 Daiken unit for a small bedroom and this thing is absolutely useless. Sits on the wall barely changing the rooms temperature. Sooooo dissapointed.
Very good comminication, very willing to be flexible with instalation times to work around a people sensitive client. Friendly and aproachable people who know how to listen and respond. profesional with quotes and services so far. Would highly recomend.
