VERY pleased with their work. You may have to leave a message or make an appointment but they do good work and they don't over charge so if you are tired of going to the Harley Davidson dealership for overpriced work then give this guy a call. He'll hook you up at a more than fair price.
I emailed about a problem I was having with my motorcycle to see if they'd work on it and they never replied. I can't speak to their work, but their customer service seems to be lacking.
