I absolutely love MSK as an institution….. However, you need to do your research when selecting any doctor……Unfortunately, Dr. Rao was not a good fit for me!!!! Ask as many questions as you need to process your diagnosis and make sure you read your clinical notes to make sure that what discussed was documented. I now prefer in- person visits only so that all communication is clear and transparent. Visits felt rushed initially almost like a cancer assembly line!!!!
