Device Deal do not use Australia Post for delivery. I asked for the product (a mouse, so small package) to be left at my home but it was not. I received a card in my mailbox with a QR code asking me to collect it, but there was no information about where to collect it from. It was returned to sender and I asked for a refund. This was processed but the delivery cost was more than the cost of the item. It makes no sense to require buyers to collect a small package if they are not home to take delivery. I bought EufyCam S3 Pro. They did not supply 1 TB inbuilt hard drive with eufycam home base, they only supply 16 GB hard drive. But with the same model (Model # T8894TW1, which device deal sales) EufyCam itself, Harvey Norman, JB HI-FI all sell with 1 TB hard drive. Also, I paid $21.80 for express courier service but they sent it to me through Australia Post and it took one week. Even I did email to them but they never answered to my email.
