Eddie worked very quickly and efficiently on my phone, even with other customers in the store. He has great customer service skills as well. I am a very happy customer! Thanks again.

I was so put off by these guys. I called to inquire about a repair on my phone and the the guy on the other line was not amused that he was being called to do a job. It was like pulling teeth to get information on the job I was calling about. I eventually told him he didn't sound like he wanted the business, he laughed and said "it's not that it's just that that phone is a lot of work." his tone sounded like I had asked him to dig a ditch. Eddie has magic fingers. Phone got fixef. He has a wonderful personality. Eould highly recommend him to others for help with their phone.

Never mind don't go here. When I got my screen replaced on my I phone 5 the first time a few weeks later it started acting up. The color looked faded, as the weeks went on it got worse I could hardly see my screen. I went back to the store and the quickly replaced it again at no charge. The tech acted like he had never seen this issue but I doubt it. Now 1 week later and it's doing the exact same thing. I wish I never would have had my screen replaced I would rather have the cracked one. It's my opinion thy full bars uses ch... read more
