Great gym and atmosphere with tons of equipment.
My favorite place to be in the mornings
Very good!
Had the chance to get a week pass($45) and I loved every day training here. Gym itself has plenty of machines, racks, platforms, barbells, and plates. Very great place for powerlifters, weightlifters, and anybody into fitness. The environment is chill and you can tell everyone is supportive of each other. Mario was very friendly and helpful when showing me around the gym. Best gym in Houston.
