Had a great experience at Devialet. Michael was super nice, helpful and absolutely no-pressure. Told me what I needed to know and encouraged me to make comparisons. After comparing to B&O, I decided to buy the Phantom II as a gift. Am very happy with the purchase.
When I first met Jonathan, he made a strong impression on me with his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism — not to mention his kind and humble personality and attentiveness. I’m not particularly tech-savvy, but Jonathan patiently put me at ease, taking the time to explain the products in depth. He even personally delivered the speakers, set them up for me, and walked me through the entire process. It felt like an “analog vs. digital” experience — truly personal, old-school customer service at its best.
Had a fantastic experience at Devialet in Columbus Circle. Michael, my advisor, helped me through the purchasing process. It was very easy and first class. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer centric. Of course, the sound speaks for itself, but having a true guide to help you through each facet was very appreciated. Highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. Ordered expensive speakers and then have never arrived. Presumably stuck somewhere in customs because they did not ship properly. Have not refunded or sent me new speakers. DO NOT buy from here - or make sure they are shipping domestically or know what they are doing. Have been dealing with this for months. Awful experience.
