Spoke to Hans over the phone on Thursday, had trouble with the configuration my Phantom and he was more than welcoming and helpful and set up a day that worked to come in and check my speaker out. Came in and he was waiting for me, and provided excellent service! Definitely recommend !

The Devialet Store at Columbus Circle is awesome!! I cannot say enough about Michael Gillis. We had some concerns regarding a prior purchase, he was so helpful to us. We then purchased a new speaker from him. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely kind person. We currently own 4 Devialet Phantom Gold speakers and could not be happier, the sound is amazing!!
My experience shopping at devialet columbus circle store was pleasant, they have a great selection of high-quality speakers. sound demo is great. Michael attended to me and patiently answered all my questions, and suggested the right speaker type for my apartment set up. he is knowledgeable and very professional.
Staff was super helpful and demo was wonderful. Placed an order immediately after the demo.
