Devi is the best!! Times where I’ve moved further and have gone to other people due to distance, I always came back to her because she’s been the only one who’s made my eyebrows look exactly how I want them to look. I’ve been going to her since I was 17 and I’m turning 26 this year, I recommend her to everyone!
