I called in advance to make sure I could be seen, and when I came to be seen a few minutes after calling they told me that they were not seeing any more patients today. The secretary apologized and told us there was nothing she could do- AFTER we filled out all of the paperwork. I had taken a uber there as-well so I wasted money getting there and back home as well. It is ridiculously difficult to get in touch with this clinic unless you literally walk in. It feels like maybe they’re understaffed or something. I’ve never dealt with a clinic/health centre/doctor’s office where you simply cannot expect to reach anyone by phone or email. It’s challenging because they have fairly good service but this issue is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
Called before attending told me it was walkin I came in within 20 minutes of that call just to be told I need an appointment. Staff continuously called me a name an asked not to be called and stated the name I go by. The receptionist and student both laughed in front of me about it. They didn’t answer phones until I turned off my caller ID. I would not recommend going here. I’d rather sit for hours at hospital than ever return to this facility
