The Palm Bay Group homes for Devereux are wonderful! I’ve been employed here for about 3 years, and much to our satisfaction, we were able to witness veteran staff removed due to extremely inappropriate and outrageous activity that proved to be a danger to both clients and other staff within the home. Husbands and wives were employed together and caused terrible conflict and numerous problems within their tenure. When I think of terrible places to work this place comes to mind first, I was there for years and watched how new management came in and targeted all of the veteran staff who have given years of hard work and dedication to that place, the Program Manager never stands up for his staff, he only looks out for a select few because he likes people to kiss up to him, the BCBA does no ABA work with the clients, on top of everything they put you in unsafe working conditions, doing triple shifts which are illegal, doing overnights by... read more
