If I could possibly rate this 0 stars I would have! The BCBA and RBT that was hired through our school district were completely incompetent. The RBT took no time to pair with my son or follow simple RBT techniques that would have helped them to build a relationship. Instead the tech just let my child do whatever it was that he pleased. She had absolutely 0 control over him. When a 5 year old dictates to staff, that's an issue. Her job was to come in and help facilitate play between my son and his peers.
