I would never use Devenport Masterton again, extremely disappointed in their lack of service!!!
Called them because I had used them before.They were now not based in Masterton and they came over the hill to look at our dishwasher and kitchen extractor fan.Absolutely useless! Charged $175 for them telling us that they were not able to repair.Hardly looked at them.invoice stated everything incorrectly. From the brand of the dishwasher to the fault. Been terrible since they changed owners. Took my business elsewhere
I needed a seal replaced on my oven. I booked early May and took the day off. No one turned up. No response to calls, texts or emails. A week later they text saying they needed a photo of my oven serial. 11 weeks later, yes 11 weeks they sent a person around who was unable to install seal. Absolutely and totally unprofessional and time wasting. So it is now into my forth month without being able to use my oven. I have decided to go elsewhere!
