I recently purchased a Jeep and was going to take to Straub’s to have them look it over. I decided to go to Devendras #1 diagnostic report half the price! #2 I recently moved here and I like supporting home town business. To say the service was spectacular would be an understatement! They spent several hours making sure she was safe and then didn’t even charge me for my diagnostic fee due to the insurance not wanting to cover it!! They do a great job and not as expensive as you may think
Awesome service! Awesome people! Treated my car so well!! They were so thorough on all questions about what was going wrong they were in constant contact keeping me up to date with everything! it was amazing!! took care of all the issues! Definitely recommend them to anyone!
Took the car in to have them check for an oil leak...none found. But since I was in, I asked for a general check up and oil change. They said I didn't need the tires rotated and everything else was fine, including the brakes. When I looked at the bill, the labor was less than 20% of the parts cost. And believe me, they took their time and went over everything! Trust just isn't enough to describe how thet treat their customers. Does that make sense?
Nick and the guys there do amazing work for a fair and honest price. This will be my exclusive repair shop for my truck from here out. Thank you guys for keeping it running!
