The hysterectomy surgery was very successful although it required an open procedure due to the complexity. I would give "zero" stars if I could. I'm not sure where to begin but I'll just say that he is totally unresponsive and will make you feel like you are losing your mind. I was bleeding for 30 days straight with a submucosal fibroid. I'm 56. He promised he would put me on the waiting list for a hysterectomy and fill out paperwork for my employer to justify a leave. I came to Dr. Devendra Patel’s office in good spirits. A friend recommended him because he provided local anesthesia for her IUD removal. This was my 4th IUD and I specifically chose his office because I did not want to endure that level of invasive pain again.
