This is my second experience with developmental steps and I again am thrilled with not only the staff but the progress with both my sons. Everyone at developmental steps is extremely knowledgeable about the babies and kids they are treating and each care plan is customized to each child’s specific needs. I am so grateful for all of the therapist who have been able to work with both of my kids and love how accommodating, friendly and supportive they have been and continue to be!
We can’t say enough good things about Developmental Steps, and Ms. Tara in particular. It was amazing to see huge improvements in my daughter’s coordination, strength, and confidence. We are so happy!
The therapists at Developmental Steps were amazing! They helped our son pinpoint and work through concerns we had with his hips as a results of all his sports activity. The therapists he worked with were knowledgeable, giving him stretches and strength training to carry with him beyond his sessions. He saw dramatic results after his initial consultation and therapy session. The therapists he worked with did an amazing job balancing working him out and keeping the sessions fun- so important when dealing with tweens!
As a brand new (first time) mom I could not put into words the anxiety I felt when a visiting pediatrician looked at my perfect newborn in her hospital bassinet and casually said “looks like she has torticollis.” When I asked her what that was she just said “she’s tight on one side.” The offhand diagnosis fueled dozens of google deep-dives and hours of me, freshly postpartum, anxiously analyzing my baby as she slept, trying to figure out what to do.
